"reelisor wiki" refers to the services provided subject to these General Terms and Conditions and/or Discovery Campus e.V.

In order to publish content on the reelisor wiki, a User has to agree to the following General Terms and Conditions.

1. Subject Matter

The "reel wiki" is a documentary wiki launched by the European documentary networking platform reelisor and edited by its members as well as any other interested users.

The "reel wiki" is based on the open-source MediaWiki software. The concept of the international Wiki encyclopedia allows everybody - registered and unregistered users - to contribute to the website as an author or editor. With the help of the doc film community, this wiki will grow slowly but steadily. It will become a complex guide for filmmakers, newcomers, experts, training initiatives, distributors, for anybody connected to the docu film business.

2. Content of Submissions and Postings

2.1 Users may not post anything on reelisor wiki that contains any offensive language or anything which is considered by reelisor wiki to be obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, otherwise unlawful or violates these General Terms and Conditions. In particular, reelisor wiki should not be used for any illegal or unlawful purpose including posting anything that is fraudulent, inaccurate, incomplete, false or misleading.

2.3 reelisor wiki reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to remove information submitted by the User which do not comply with content requirements set out in these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice and at its sole discretion. reelisor wiki also may terminate a User's access for uploading any Information which is in violation of these General Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 User may submit information on reelisor wiki at their own risk. When a User posts information on reelisor wiki, he/she grants

a) to reelisor wiki a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to make this information available to other Users of the Website;

b) to each User of the Website - whether registered or not - a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, license to access the information through the reelisor wiki.

The above licenses granted in principle are perpetual and irrevocable.

3.2 When a User posts information on reelisor wiki he guarantees that he has full power and authority to grant rights herein granted and that the use of the information within the reelisor wiki does not infringe upon any copyright, violate any property or personal rights (such as the right of privacy), or contain any libelous, obscene or unlawful matter. The User shall hold harmless and indemnify reelisor wiki from and against any claim and liability, including any legal fees, made or deriving from any claim made by third parties asserting any right on the information.

4. Policy on release of data derived from page logs

The User agrees that reelisor wiki may release personally identifiable data collected in the server logs, or through records in the database via the CheckUser feature in the following situations:

1. In response to a valid subpoena or other compulsory request from law enforcement.
2. With permission of the affected user.
3. Where the information pertains to page views generated by a spider or bot and its dissemination is necessary to illustrate or resolve technical issues.
4. Where the user has been vandalising articles or persistently behaving in a disruptive way, data may be released to assist in the targeting of IP blocks, or to assist in the formulation of a complaint to relevant Internet Service Providers
5. Where it is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of reelisor wiki, its users or the public or where such rights have been infringed.

reelisor policy does not permit public distribution of such information under any circumstances, except as described above.
