The Icelandic Film Centre supports the production, distribution and promotion of Icelandic films, gathers information about Icelandic films, advances film culture in Iceland and encourages stronger links between Icelandic filmmakers and the international film community. The objective is to nurture and encourage growth in and advance the culture of the film and television industries in Iceland.
