The Film Fund of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg aims to promote and foster an environment in which the country's film production industry can develop and flourish. It manages the various programmes through which the Luxembourg government provides financial incentives to audiovisual productions carried out in Luxembourg. The Audiovisual Investment Certificate Programme covers works of fiction, documentaries and multimedia productions which are judged to contain original creative elements and thus enjoy enduring value.
